FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) ASSISTANCE:
- FEMA will be available IN-PERSON on January 15, 2025 for one-on-one assistance from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Pasadena City College, Community Education Center, 3035 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91101.
- Individuals and business owners who sustained losses in the designated areas can begin applying for assistance by registering online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov, or by calling 1-800-621-3362.
- To find the nearest FEMA Disaster Recovery Center, text “DRC” & your ZIP Code to 43362.
INSURANCE CLAIMS UPCOMING WORKSHOPS:
The State Insurance Commissioner is hosting Insurance Support Workshops to help those affected by the wildfires to understand insurance policies and resources available during recovery. To reserve an appointment, call (800) 927-4357.

Unfortunately, we have also seen some try to take advantage of the tragedy for profit by massively increasing the cost of goods, services or housing. If you encounter or experience any suspected price gouging, I encourage you to immediately file a complaint:
