Assemblymember Rodriguez introduced Assembly Bills 26 and 27 on the first day of the 2019-20 Legisaltive Session in the State Capitol.

 

Assembly Bill 26 will require that private sector ambulance employers provide additional emergency equipment to their crews. 

 

Assembly Bill 27, The Emergency Ambulance Employee Safety and Preparedness Act, will ensure that mental health sessions and violence prevention training programs provided to emergency medical responders through Proposition 11 are comprehensive and are of high quality.
