Hundreds from Northeast LA, East LA, and Glendale gathered at the Los Angeles River Center & Gardens to celebrate the swearing-in of Assemblymember Jessica Caloza. “I see you and I’m here to represent you,” Caloza said, as she made history as the first Filipina in the California State Legislature.
