East LA Back to School Backpack Giveaway
Dear Neighbor,
As students and families gear up for back to school amid COVID-19 recovery efforts, my office would like to invite your family to attend our 2022 Annual Backpack Giveaway. Our event will provide a FREE back-to-school backpack to students, while supplies last. Additionally, we will have resources available and legislative updates on education, childcare help, and a number of other child support-related services and programs from which parents and teachers may benefit. This community event is line with our goal of promoting equity in access to educational resources for all of California’s children. The details are as follows:
